TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF SALES
       

1. Payment in full is required before shipment.

2. Shipping and handling charges are added to the final cost of each order.

3. Applicable taxes are not included in the price of the fixture. Taxes are added at time of sale.

4. Replacement parts may not always be available. Contact us to make special arrangements for purchase of replacement parts.

 

 

5. Each item(s) is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed prior to shipping to insure no loss occurs due to breakage. The package must be opened upon receipt and the fixture(s) examined. Should there be damage, immediately notify the delivery person of this damage on the Bill of Lading or Shipping Delivery Receipt. If loss or damage occurs during shipment, all original packing material must be kept. Any claim for loss or damage arising in transit must be submitted to BNO design / ABYU Lighting in writing, within two (2) days of receipt. Upon receipt of written notification, we will contact the carrier for restitution. If any item(s) or packing materials are discarded or missing, we will be unable to file a claim, therefore, replacement or restitution will not be possible.

 

6. We shall not be responsible for the installation and use of the item(s).
