Junior Designer

Born in East Germany and raised in Grodno, Belarus, Yuliya grew up with an appreciation of the Old World charm yet she cannot resist her attraction towards modern design. Initially, she studied English and German in preparation to become a teacher at a university in Belarus. Realizing that her true calling was to live abroad, she moved to the United States and attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she graduated with a degree in Interior Design.

While at school, Yuliya worked for several high-end Park Avenue designers. Upon her graduation, she was hired by H. Thomas O'Hara Architect, where she was able to hone her detail-oriented skills and collaborate on many high-rise residential, corporate, and hospitality projects. After two years of working in this fast paced environment, Yuliya was ready to tap into new opportunities. Arriving at BNOdesign, she brings a strong sense of commercial design and knowledge to the team.

Yuliya's creativity is not limited to interior design. She enjoys exploring fashion and reading books. She loves traveling with her husband or just hanging out at the local beaches of their New Jersey home.
